Sulky Québec
Sulky Québec (formerly known as Hippodrome de Quebec) is Quebec's oldest horse racing track, dating back to 1910.
Attractions Hippiques recently undertook a $23 million renovation of the facility. Loto-Quebec also built the $33 million Ludoplex gaming area, a major attraction of the revamped facility.
On the ground floor, visitors can now take advantage of an information zone, an ultramodern sports bar open seven days a week, a dining room with view on the track, another dining room equipped with the latest technology to present races from around the world, as well as lounge areas and snack bars on each level.
The two levels of the racetrack have an area of 50,000 square feet, with an indoor seating capacity for more than 1,200. There is seating for another 500 people on the patios along the track.
The Sulky track was fully redesigned by Daniel Coon & Sons.
